Liabilty Waiver - MUST READ!
In order to purchase an Airsoft Gun from Precision Airsoft, you must be at least 18 years of age. Under no circumstances can we sell to minors. When placing an order you will be asked to verify that you are 18 years of age and have read and understand the following:
The purchaser of any products from Precision Airsoft must be 18 years of age and are aware of any local/state laws governing the use of the products and that there are no laws that prohibit owning or purchasing Airsoft related products. All airsoft replicas come with permanent blaze orange muzzle as per Federal law. Alteration to these will violate the law and void all warranties. Federal law also states that the use of toy or the resemblance of a firearm used in a crime, will be equivalent to use of a firearm or weapon. Precision Airsoft and its agents will be held harmless and free of any and all legal action arising from the use or purchase of it's products.
