The M14 socom16 is definitely a field gun, it's got good accuarcy. It's a heavy, and a little cumbersome for CQB, but a street fight is still quite possible. In the fields it's reliable and accurate. Its switch from semi to full auto is a little dicey. THe bolt will also hold once you pull it (like the real thing) and pops back when you reactivate the bolt.
